The comparative study of Universitas Brawijaya (UB) in the field of Management of Research and Community Service (P2M) takes place on February 1, 2019. Located in Meeting Room I, UGM Central Building, Universitas Brawijaya is welcomed by representatives from work units under P2M. Head of BPP UGM, Widodo, M.Sc., Ph.D., Director of Community Service (PKM), Prof. Ir. Irfan Dwidya Prijambada, M.Eng., Ph.D., Head of Integrated Research and Testing Laboratory (LPPT), Dr. Eng., Yusril Yusuf, S.Si., M.Sc., M.Eng. and Secretary of the Center for Agrotechnology Innovation (PIAT), Chandra Wahyu Purnomo, S.T, M.Eng. D.Eng. warmly welcomed the presence of UB, represented by Dr.Ir.Bambang Susilo, M.Sc., Agr. as Chairperson of LPPM UB along with representatives of LPPM UB.
During the visit a discussion was held which discussed the presentation of P2M program and sharing session with UB. This comparative study is one of UB’s preparation efforts towards Legal Entity State Universities (PTN-BH). UGM as a university that has already become PTN-bh according to Government Regulation Number 67 of 2013 is expected to be able to help UB’s efforts in pioneering and preparing to become PTN-bh especially in the field of Research and Community Service (P2M) management.
