UGM awarded some excellent academics in various categories, one of them is in publication. Five UGM lecturers were chosen as the winners after publishing their research work in reputable international journal throughout 2019. In social-humanities field, Wahyu Widhiarso, S. Psi., M.A., from Faculty of Psychology received an award in a published paper on Personality and Individual Differences Journal. In agribusiness field, Dr. Ir. Alim Isnansetyo, M.Sc. from Faculty of Agribusiness received an award on his published journal in Marine Biotechnology Journal. In health and medicine field, dr. Antonio Morita Iswari Saktiawati from Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing received an award after publishing her paper in EbioMedicine Journal. In engineering field, Sarjiya, S.T., MT., Ph.D. from Faculty of Engineering received an award on her published paper in Energy Journal. Lastly, in science field, Prof. Jumina, Ph.D., received an award on his published paper in Scientific Reports Journal as well.
Achievements for the winners had been turned over directly by the Vice Chancellor for Cooperation and Alumni, Dr. Paripurna, S.H., LL.M., on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 on UGM’s Excellent Academics Awards which took place at Balairung, UGM Central Building. It is hoped that the awards continue to encourage UGM’s academics to keep working and implementing Tri Dharma College, such as actively writing scholarly article and publishing in reputable journal.
