BPP Back to Held Open Journal System (OJS) Clinic

On Thursday, 8 February 2018, Publishing and Publication Agency (BPP) UGM back to held Open Journal System (OJS) Clinic in Multimedia Room 1, Central Building of UGM. This event did as the effort to assist the journal advisors to improve the quality of the cover and the content of the electronic managed journal. In this training, Andrian Dion Priadi, S.Kom from Directorate of Information Systems and Resources (DSSDI), came as the informant. The main agenda was to guide the journal advisors from setting up until recovering the online journals cover in order to fit the standard of national higher education accreditation and International Indexing Agency.

Online Journal System was developed to facilitate the access to scientific research more easily and widely by providing an open-source platform. Based on Directorate General of Higher Education Circular Letter No. 2050 / E / T / 2011 on Scientific and Journal Upload Policy and Journal that requires uploading journals within a pre-set network, it must be more encouraging that the Open Journal System training can maintain and improve the quality of e-journals and encourage acceleration for national accreditation and/or international reputation.

Universitas Gadjah Mada through Publishing and Publication Agency has built a web-based open-source system that becomes a place for electronic journals in UGM which can be accessed through web www.jurnal.ugm.ac.id. (BPP/Laras)
