On Wednesday, November 28 2018, Publishers and Publications Board (BPP) UGM held a PRISMA Enumerator Workshop 2018 at the 2nd Multimedia Room, UGM Central Building. The workshop was opened by Dr. Mutiah Amini, M.Hum, who explained the PRISMA system and continued the presentation from the DSSDI team through a question and answer session. The enumerators are the spearhead of the success of PRISMA because enumerators are responsible for the data entry from the results of research and community service to the UGM academician. Various obstacles in the process of data entry by enumerators are not uncommon. Therefore, it is important to hold regular meetings every year to coordinate between enumerators from all units in UGM. An example of the constraint is a correct understanding of the type of publication data. Until recent, enumerators often mistook the proceeding data and journals. Also, the complete data entry by the enumerators is also very important. The ISBN must be filled in reference books and textbooks. The workshop was held in 2 sessions considering a large number of enumerators from all units at UGM. With this workshop, we hope the coordination between PRISMA managers and enumerators will be better.
