BPP UGM conducts personal development activities which are participated by all staff and leaders, both based in the Central Building and at the UGM Press. This year, the eastern part of Java is still a favorite of destinations. The beauty of Wisata Bahari Lamongan (WBL) became the first destination for the group who left Yogyakarta since Friday afternoon. Various games that challenge adrenaline can become a media to release work fatigue. The spirit of kinship is evident on the face of the BPP UGM family from departure to destination. In addition to Lamongan, the group was also taken along the city of Surabaya and across the Suramadu bridge that connects Java Island with Madura Island. This personal development activity was held as a media to glue the kinship among the staff of BPP UGM so that it was expected to be able to support the optimization of the ability to carry out daily tasks. As an institution that is less than five years old, BPP UGM is well aware of the importance of optimizing human resources. Aside from being routinely held every year, personal development activities also continue to be packaged with various activities that are able to ignite innovation, creation, and show the potential of each HR that follows it. The activity, which took place since Friday, 2 August 2019, ended on Sunday, 4 August 2019. At exactly 20:00 West Indonesia Time, two BPP UGM buses arrived safely in Yogyakarta.
