Badan Penerbit dan Publikasi UGM (Publishing and Publication of UGM) carried out the preparation of the journal accreditation for the period of March 2018. The preparation stage started on Feb, 15th until 22nd 2018 at Ruang Multimedia I, Central Building at 3rd floor, Southern Side. Some of the journals that will be assisted are Mimbar Hukum, Indonesian Journal of Chemistry (UC), Indonesian Journal of Biotechnology (IJBiotech), Jurnal Filsafat, Buletin Psikologi, Journal of the Civil Engineering Forum (JCEF), Agro Ekonomi (AE), Jurnal Pemikiran Sosiologi (JPS), POETIKA: Jurnal Ilmu Sastra. Winarsih and Agustina Asih Tri Utami present as instructor from acceleration team of UGM. The main agenda is an explanation of best practise accreditation and preparation of filling self-evaluation journal.
Accreditation monitoring continued on Feb, 26th -27th 2018 at Ruang Sekip (Sekip Room) University Club Hotel, UGM. It was opened by Head of Badan Penerbit dan Publikasi UGM (Publishing and Publication Agency of UGM), Widodo, SP., M.Sc., Ph.D., in his speech he told that UGM is very committed to support Kemenristekdikti’s policy (Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education) to adding the number of accredited journal in Indonesia.
Prof. Dr. Istadi from Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) Semarang which brings material about Sistem Informasi Akreditasi Jurnal Elektronik (Electronic Journal Accreditation System) through http://arjuna.ristekdikti.go.id/ through Standar Dasar Portal Jurnal Elektronik (Basic Electronic Journal Portal) based on Akreditasi Terbitan Berkala Ilmiah Elektronik’s standard. Next on, each journals that will perform the accreditation presents self-evaluation and directly given feedback from Prof. Dr. Istadi. The feedback for Journal Management is hoping can be used to make a better journal governance before be submitted, so it could minimize the fails during accreditation submission.
