Proceedings are the result of publication and downstream of a conference. Proceedings is a of the documents that can be indexed by national and international indexation databases. \
After successfully organizing UGM Annual Scientific Conference (UASC), UGM Publishing and Publication Board now focuses attention on the papers was presented at UASC namely ICST, ICHS, ICSEAS and ICTA through held socialization workshop as a final result of the international conference, on Thursday 16 November 2017 at Multimedia Room I, UGM Central Building. The goal is the manuscript that have been presented at international conferences held by UGM can enter into indexed journals by international index database and be to increase the number of UGM scientific publications on an international level.
The socialization workshop was officially opened by the Head of BPP UGM, Widodo, M.Sc., Ph.D., in his speech, he was very hopeful that the UASC papers and other international conferences which held by faculties at UGM can enter into reputable international journals. Upon opening, the workshop continued with the presentation of Mr. I Wayan Mustika, S.T., M.Eng., from IEEE Xplore Section Indonesia, he was talk about the publication of the proceedings of international seminars with the IEEE. IEEE Xplore is a database of abstract indexing scientific research, and provides full text for computer science articles and papers, electronics and electronics engineering. While the second material on indexing proceedings indexed by Scopus in cooperation with international publisher hosted by Dr. Ir. Alim Isnansetyo, M.Sc. (BPP UGM- Miftha)
