We'd suggest to delete cookies for a specific site on your browser.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the 'Settings and more menu' on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select 'Settings'.
  3. Click 'Privacy, search, and services'.
  4. In the "Clear browsing data" section, click 'Choose what to clear' button.
  5. Select 'All time' in the "Time range" dropdown menu, and only tick 'Cookies and other site data'
  6. Delete all cookies by clicking the 'Clear now' button.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the 'Chrome menu' on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select 'Settings'.
  3. Click 'Show advanced settings'.
  4. In the "Privacy" section, click the 'Content settings' button.
  5. In the "Cookies" section, click 'All cookies and site data'.
  6. In the search box on the side, search for 'publikasi.ugm.ac.id'.
  7. Delete all instance by clicking the 'x' and then hit 'done'.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the 'Firefox menu' on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select 'Options'.
  3. Click 'Privacy & security'.
  4. In the "Cookies and site data" section, click 'Clear data...' button.
  5. Tick the 'Cookies and site data' option.
  6. Delete all instance by clicking the 'Clear' button.

Safari

  1. Click the 'Safari menu' on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select 'Preferences...'.
  3. In the "Privacy" tab, click the 'Details...' button on the "Cookies and website data".
  4. In the search box on the side, search for 'publikasi.ugm.ac.id'.
  5. Delete all instance by clicking the 'Remove' button and then hit 'Done' button to finish.

Cannot access the registration form

Badan Penerbit dan Publikasi Universitas Gadjah Mada (BPP UGM) usually held a workshop for UGM academicians only. So, you cannot access the registration form without logged in to your UGM mail account. If you still cannot access the form because of an alert said "You need permission. This form can only be viewed by users in the owner's organization. Try contacting the owner of the form if you think this is a mistake.", you have to do this steps:

Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge

  1. Open the event website that you wish to attend in the new incognito window/tab.
  2. Click 'Apply a seat' button.
  3. Sign in with your UGM mail account. Please note that UGM mail account use yourugmid@mail.ugm.ac.id or yourugmid@ugm.ac.id. Then, click 'Next' button.
  4. Log in to UGM Single Sign On. Write your UGM ID without @mail.ugm.ac.id or @ugm.ac.id and your password. Then, click 'Login' button.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open the event website that you wish to attend in the new private window/tab.
  2. Click 'Apply a seat' button.

Cannot access the workshop materials

Badan Penerbit dan Publikasi Universitas Gadjah Mada (BPP UGM) usually held a workshop for UGM academicians only. So, you cannot access the workshop materials without logged in to your UGM mail account. If you still cannot access the materials because of an alert said "You need access. Ask for access, or switch to an account with access.", you have to do this steps:

  1. Click yourgmailid@gmail.com below "You are signed in as".
  2. Choose your UGM mail account. If you did not see your UGM mail account listed, Click "Use another account" and sign in with your UGM mail account. Please note that UGM mail account use yourugmid@mail.ugm.ac.id or yourugmid@ugm.ac.id. Then, click 'Next' button.
  3. Log in to UGM Single Sign On. Write your UGM ID without @mail.ugm.ac.id or @ugm.ac.id and your password. Then, click 'Login' button.
